Requirements

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Minimum possess Associate degree (Diploma 3) in any major
  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Secretary to Director / Vice President
  • Experienced in correspondence
  • Experienced in document management
  • Able to work under pressure and massive targets
  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in ERP / SAP applications is preferred
  • Placement in Jakarta
  • This position is Outsourced Personnel (TAD) of PT Pertamina Training and Consulting

Job Description

  • Carry out routine / operational activities, review / distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence to the correct parties and/or provide responses if needed, draft and type outgoing correspondence as requested
  • Carry out routine / operational activities to update / handle the daily agenda of the Board of Directors
  • Support in preparing document completeness according to STK provisions
  • Carry out routine / operational activities to create and manage a filing system for easy reference and document retrieval
  • Carry out routine / operational activities to prepare travel arrangements and track expense reports and various forms of payment
  • Prepare logistics-related arrangements (transportation, accommodation, meeting venues, etc.)
