Requirements

  • Male / Female
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Natural Sciences
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in Project Control / Scheduler / Cost Estimator
  • In-depth knowledge of construction implementation, planning, project scheduling, and project control
  • High skill level in facilitation, coordination, and networking
  • Able to operate Primavera P6 application
  • Placement in Duri, Riau
  • This position is as Outsourced Personnel (TAD) of PT Pertamina Training and Consulting

Job Description

  • Coordinate with teams within MCP and outside MCP in executing detailed planning services and project scheduling as well as portfolio management for Company projects including but not limited to: creation and updating of project schedules (up to level-4), collaboration with Company project control team and Construction Contractors to create and update master schedules (resource-loaded, WBS-based), critical path assistance in project schedules, etc.
  • Coordinate with teams within MCP and outside MCP in executing estimation & project control services for Company projects at both individual and portfolio levels, which must include but are not limited to: cost estimation, project control, and providing recommendations to the Company, etc.
  • Monitor construction costs for projects carried out by Construction Contractors and supervised by Contractors. This includes providing monthly accrual costs for Construction Contractors and Contractors.
  • Coordinate with cost engineers in the MCP / ECD Team to assist and guide in developing and maintaining processes and procedures related to estimation, planning, scheduling, and cost control.
