Job Description
- Location: Head Office, Jakarta
- Employment Type: Contract
- Department: Construction (EPC)
Roles and Responsibilities
- HSE Document Administration
- Prepare, manage, and archive HSE documents such as SOP, JSA, HIRADC, and MSDS.
- Ensure HSE documents are always updated and available for internal and external audits.
- Reporting and Monitoring
- Assist in preparing reports on work accidents, safety inspections, and environmental reports.
- Monitor and record statistical data on accidents, training, and inspection activities.
- Data Collection and Database
- Manage the employee HSE training database (training matrix).
- Record the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), environmental monitoring, and fire extinguishers.
- HSE Activity Coordination
- Support the implementation of training, socialization, and HSE campaigns.
- Prepare presentation materials or documentation for HSE events such as evacuation simulations (fire drills).
- Audit and Compliance
- Assist in preparing documents for HSE audits (internal / external).
- Ensure all activities are documented in accordance with OHSE regulations and ISO standards (14001 and 45001).
- Submission and Procurement
- Assist in the submission and recording process for the purchase of HSE equipment or PPE.
- Prepare forms or licensing documents related to environmental and occupational safety.
- Internal Communication
- Coordinate with other departments regarding HSE needs or reporting.
- Serve as an information center for new regulations, HSE warnings, and training notifications.
Qualifications
Education
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in:
- Occupational Health and Safety (OHS)
- Environmental Engineering
- Office Administration
- Industrial Engineering
- Or other relevant majors.
Work Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration.
- Preferably has experience in HSE, especially in document management and reporting.
- Fresh graduates will be considered if they have certification or basic understanding of OHS.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Skilled in document archiving and data management.
- Understanding of HSE management systems such as ISO 45001 (K3) and ISO 14001 (environment) is a plus.
- Able to prepare reports on work accidents, training, and inspections.
- Familiar with HSE terms or documents such as: HIRADC, JSA, SDS / MSDS, toolbox meeting, etc.
