Job Description
- To assist Quality Assurance Manager for the establishment, implementation and maintenance of all quality assurance programs within the company that is required by ICAO, DGCA, and Company Policy, as well as international standards.
- Verifies by monitoring in the fields of Ground Operations, Cargo Operations and Dangerous Goods that the standards required by relevant international standards, and defined by company policy and procedures, are being carried out under the supervison of the relevant nominated post holders by conduct audit.
- Conduct audit as assigned by Quality Assurance Manager.
- Implementation of Quality audit schedule in accordance with the scale of Ground Operations, Cargo Operations and Dangerous Goods and the range of related subcontractor whose work has an impact upon quality, regulatory, and international standard compliance (if applicable).
- Identify and record any concerns or findings, and the evidence necessary to substantiate such concerns or findings. Ensures that preventive and corrective actions are maintained or re-established in compliance with required regulatory or relevant international standard.
- Liase with post holders on regular basis to inform the status of the audit result, the progress of preventive and corrective actions, and to agree on actions for the maintenance and development of overall safety and quality assurance.
- To maintain a repository audit reports.
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma 3 in Aviation Academy.
- Years experience in an aviation industry as Flight Operation Officer or Ground Operation.
- Have completed Auditor / internal audit training.
- Have adequate knowledge and skills that are appropriate for auditing the operational scope, whether it is Ground Operations, Operation Personnel Training, Dangerous Goods or Cargo Operations.
