- Conduct candidate sourcing according to position criteria through various platforms
- Assist in scheduling interview, psychological test, and candidate Medical Check-Up (MCU)
- Assist in preparing MCU referral letter for candidate
- Input and manage psychological test and MCU result in the company system or database
- Conduct candidate reference check
- Assist in archiving documents of new employee
- Coordinate with candidate and internal team to ensure smooth selection processes
Minimum Qualifications
- Active university student, semester 4-8 from reputable university
- Minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale
- Knowledge of the banking sector
