Staff Bidang Konstruksi Jalan Rel dan Jembatan
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in railway track and bridge construction
- Possess minimum level 7 work competency certification (e.g. Technical Manager for Railway Track Construction, etc.)
- Knowledge and skills in project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, SAP / ETABS, and AutoCAD; and
- Able to collaborate, honest, meticulous, with integrity and responsibility.
Staff Bidang Konstruksi Gedung
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Piping Engineering / Construction Project Management
- Possess minimum level 7 work competency certification (e.g. Junior Expert in Building Construction, Junior Electrical Expert in Building Construction, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years experience in building construction
- Knowledge and skills in project management

Staff Bidang Properti
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering

- Minimum 2 years experience in property
- Knowledge and skills in project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, SAP / ETABS, and AutoCAD; and
- Able to collaborate, honest, meticulous, with integrity and responsibility.
Staff Bidang Supply Chain Management
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Industrial Engineering
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, SAP / ETABS
- Understand types of construction materials and their technical specifications, as well as reliable suppliers
- Minimum 2 years experience in supply chain management
- Possess minimum level 7 work competency certification (e.g. Project Logistics Manager, Junior Expert in Construction Management, etc.) is a plus
- Understand structural calculations, RAB and RAP
- Understand construction project dynamics, such as material needs
- Proficient in transportation planning, delivery schedules, and inventory management to ensure materials arrive on time and within budget.
Staff Bidang Keuangan
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Taxation / Accounting / Financial Management
- Understand accounting, taxation, and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance
- Able to prepare budgets and budget reports
- Able to collaborate, honest, meticulous, with integrity and responsibility
- Preferably possess Brevet or Risk Management certification; and
- Preferably have experience as an Auditor.
Staff Bidang Human Capital
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Human Resource Management / Law
- Understand end-to-end personnel administration processes
- Able to prepare budgets and budget reports for human resource needs
- Minimum 2 years experience in human capital
- Able to prepare employee recruitment and training
- Knowledge of Income Tax (PPh) Article 21
- Understand labor laws and regulations
- Able to collaborate, honest, meticulous, with integrity and responsibility; and
- Preferably possess certification in human capital.
Staff Bidang Pengembangan Bisnis
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Management / Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience in property development or consultancy
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Understand basic financial analysis, such as Return on Investment (ROI), Net Present Value (NPV), and break-even analysis
- Able to prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and indirect costs, with a focus on profitability
- Able to analyze business opportunities and evaluate risks
- Skilled in negotiating with clients or partners; and
- Understand regulations.
Staff Bidang Safety, Health dan Environment
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Public Health / Occupational Safety and Health
- Possess Construction Occupational Safety and Health Expert certification (AK3 Construction)
- Minimum 2 years experience in SHE
- Able to perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control (HIRAC) to identify risks and estimate mitigation costs
- Basic knowledge of construction processes, such as structural, mechanical, or electrical work
- Able to communicate with project teams, workers, and stakeholders to explain SHE requirements and provide basic safety training
- Able to calculate costs for implementing safety and environmental programs.
Staff Bidang Humas dan Protokoler
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Communications / Public Relations / Management
- Preferably have minimum 2 years experience in Public Relations and Protocol
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, such as communities around the project, government agencies, clients, and media
- Ability to organize official events, such as groundbreaking ceremonies, project inaugurations, visits, or meetings with government agencies, including preparing rundown, logistics, and protocol procedures
- Skilled in preparing press releases, reports, presentations, or communication materials for public relations purposes, such as CSR reports or company publications
- Understand social media management, content creation, or digital communication strategies to promote projects or handle public issues; and
- Basic understanding of construction processes.
Staff Bidang Perawatan Jalan Rel dan Jembatan
- Minimum Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Possess minimum level 7 work competency certification (e.g. Junior Expert in Construction Management, Technical Manager for Railway Track Construction, etc.)

- Innovative in creating marketing strategies and campaigns; and
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
General Requirements
- Physically and mentally healthy
- Well-behaved proven by a valid Police Certificate (SKCK)
- Not involved in drugs and psychotropics abuse
- Never imprisoned based on a final legal verdict
- Never experienced termination of employment due to early retirement, personal request, or disciplinary action as a permanent employee in the Company / Parent Company / other subsidiaries / joint ventures / affiliated companies in the KAI group
- Never dismissed from other companies or institutions due to disciplinary action
- Not tattooed
- Possess English language certification score TOEFL ITP = 500 / TOEFL IBT = 61 / IELTS = 5.5 / TOEIC = 500 (considered a plus)
