The Company has achieved notable milestones since its inception. In 2005, it acquired AI, a thermal coal company that had been producing Envirocoal since 1992 under a Government of Indonesia contract. AI’s production surged in 2006, reaching 34.4 million tonnes. Subsequent acquisitions marked the expansion of the Group, including AL in 2009, MIP in 2011, and SCM, LSA, and PCS in 2013. By 2014, SCM commenced commercial production with 890 thousand tonnes of coal.
The Group reached new heights in coal production in 2023, recording 60.77 million tonnes collectively from AI, SCM, LSA, and MIP. That year also marked AI’s receipt of the Gold PROPER award for environmental excellence for the fifth consecutive time. In 2024, the Company embraced a new identity as PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia and made strategic acquisitions, including KPI in June. KPI is tasked with developing a coal-fired power plant in North Kalimantan with a capacity of 1,060 MW.

Recruitment Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes for recruitment, employee transfers, and turnover.
- Ensure recruitment is aligned with manpower planning and utilizing both internal and external sourcing and optimizing recruitment channels.
- Conduct and making report of psychological assessments.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Human Resources to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Job Requirements
- Master degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (Professional Program).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in conducting psychological tests, interviews, and writing psychological reports.
- Strong skills in office administration related to recruitment and selection.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with others.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Tax Compliance Officer

Job Responsibilities
- Conduct a compliance review and analyze tax management strategies to achieve high-quality, efficient, and optimal tax compliance, including:
- Periodic tax calculations (monthly and annual) in accordance with applicable regulations
- Analysis of tax facilities (such as SKB, SKTD, PPH 25, etc.)
- Recommendations and administration related to tax compliance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree majoring in Accounting / Taxation / Fiscal or related degree.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Tax Compliance Officer.
- Good knowledge and competencies in Tax Regulation and Procedures, e-SPT, Tax Calculation, and Tax Compliance.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Having Brevet A & B Certification.
- Good communciation skills, detail-oriented, able to work individually or as part of the team, adaptable.
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta.
