PTFI mines and process ores produces concentrates containing copper, gold and silver. We market concentrates all over the world, and mainly to domestic copper smelter, PT Smelting. We operates in the remote highlands of the Sudirman Mountain Range in Mimika Regency, Papua Province, IndonesiaOur mines in Grasberg minerals district, Papua – Indonesia is one of the world’s largerst copper and gold deposits. We currently mining the final phase of the Grasberg open pit, which contains high copper and gold ore grades. We have been working on several projects in the Grasberg minerals district related to the development of its large-scale, long-lived, high-grade underground mines. In aggregate, these underground mines are expected to produce large-scale quantities of copper and gold following the transition from the Grasberg open pit.

Foreman Fabrication Shop Paint and Blast #1
- Timika, Papua
Minimum Education and Experience
- Associate degree (Diploma 3) with minimum 5 years working experiences in fabrication and repair work.
- Senior High School graduates can join with more extensive work experience. Knowledge of sandblasting and painting steel materials is essential.
Core Competencies

Foreman, Assembly #3

- Senior High School graduates are permitted to have more experience as fabricators than the Diploma 3 requirement. Must have a welding license.

Control Room Operator PMR
- Gresik, East Java
Education, Certification, and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent with experience working as a Control Room Operator in the mineral, metal, or chemical processing industry for more than 3 years (Junior) or 8 years (Senior).
- Experience in operating Computer, DCS via Siemens PCS7 system.
- Fair in English.
- Experience in the safe practices, especially in operating tools and a series of tools through the Control Room for this area:
- Precious Metal Refinery: De-Copperization, Slime Handling, Wet Chlorination, Gold SX, PGM IX, Se/Te Reduction, HMP, De-Chlorination, Silver Leaching, Silver Precipitation, Silver Reduction, Lead Leaching, SSL.
- In several designated area it is required to have experience working in hot and humid conditions, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Education, Certification, and Experience
- Minimum Diploma degree in engineering with more than 3 years of operational experience in chemical plants, metal smelters, or mineral processing plants.
- Experience working in dust and chemical exposure conditions, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Experience working in leaching, filtering, precipitation, sementation, casting.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Operational and/or technical experience and knowledge of safe and efficient operations for the following:
- PMR: Tank, Agitator, Reactor, Pumps, Thickener, Scrubber, Conveyor, Filter, Heat Exchanger, Stripper, Condensor, Auto Sampler, Resin Coloumn, Au/Ag Caster, etc.
- Experience working in operations following integrated (operations / maintenance planning and scheduling) and routine planning standards.
- Proven experience in managing field operations workers, by creating and maintaining the right work culture of safety, environmental discipline, and the pursuit of excellence.
- Possess skills to influence parties outside of direct supervision, and communication with superiors.
- Able to communicate in english (reading and writing)
- Ability to develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards, and safety precautions.
- Understanding of working with appropriate Microsoft Office, SAP, and other business systems will be advantage.
