- Graduates of Diploma 1 - Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 2.50
- High School (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) graduate (average report card score from semester 5 or semester 6 of at least 70)
- Indonesian citizen
- Aged 18 to 24 years
- Friendly, skilled, solution-oriented, and able to communicate well
- Male / Female
- Attractive appearance (male or female)
- Willing to be placed in all BCA branch offices within the selection city
- Have never participated in the Magang Bakti BCA program before

- Male / Female
- Attractive appearance
- Graduates of Diploma 3 or Bachelor's degree with minimum GPA 2.50
- Indonesian citizen

- Have integrity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skill
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Have good basic computer skill
- Unmarried and willing to remain unmarried during the internship period
- Willing to be placed in Serpong / Tangerang and Semarang areas with shift work hours
- Have never participated in the Magang Bakti BCA program before
