Aerotrans Services Indonesia Jobs: Corporate Secretary Senior Officer

Based on the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 9 May 2011, the company name was officially changed to PT Aerotrans Services Indonesia, as stated in Deed No. 03 dated 10 May 2011. The company’s Articles of Association have undergone several amendments, most recently Deed No. 8 of 2008, referring to Deed No. 7 dated 31 October 2022 by Notary Mira Aranti Ciptadi, SH., M.Kn., regarding changes to the Board of Directors and Commissioners. This amendment was approved by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Indonesia under the decision AHU-AH.01.03-0452502 of 2021, dated 24 September 2021.
Today, Aerotrans continues to expand its business to align with digital developments and contemporary market demands. This includes the launch of services such as the “Starbeng” automotive workshop, the “ATS Training Centre,” the “AerotransBid” auction house, Human Resource provision (mechanics and drivers), and wholesale/retail sales of automotive spare parts under the “ATS Parts” brand.

Moreover, as a transportation partner for Garuda Indonesia personnel, Aerotrans has also developed the Aerotrans Integrated Management System (AIMS), implemented at the Transportation Control Centre (TCC) or Car Pooling Division, as part of its support to Garuda Indonesia.
We are hiring:
Corporate Secretary Senior Officer
- Location: Aerotrans Head Office, Tangerang
Key Responsibilities
- Manage public disclosures, statutory documents, and corporate permits.
- Coordinate BOD, Board of Commissioners, and shareholder meetings.
- Draft and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
- Ensure compliance with UU PT, GCG, and other regulations.
- Prepare and disclose the Annual Report.
- Handle corporate correspondence and formal documents.
- Implement Good Corporate Governance (GCG), including acting as an auditee.
General Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of compliance, UU PT, and GCG.
- Basic English proficiency is a plus.
