Job Description

BCA Syariah Business Relationship Development Program is a development program aimed at prospective employees who will be comprehensively trained in the business area. This development program provides career acceleration opportunities for selected university graduates who participate in the program. Through this development program, we aim to create competent individuals with potential to become our future leaders who are capable of building BCA Syariah into an excellent Islamic financial institution. Through this development program, each participant will be given the opportunity to learn new things within the financial industry, understand banking rules and regulations, and experience firsthand how banking business is conducted by applying compliance principles and applicable regulations.
This program applies development principles that combine experiential learning, classroom learning, and learning through others. The largest portion of this development program will be obtained through On the Job Training (OJT) activities where each participant will be guided and mentored by skilled and experienced Mentors in their field.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with minimum GPA 3.00 and Master’s degree (S2) with minimum GPA 3.25
• Open to all majors
• Maximum age 25 years old for Bachelor’s degree and 26 years old for Master’s degree
• Interested in Banking Marketing
• Confident, highly motivated to achieve, and enjoys communicating with others
• Willing to undergo approximately 1 year of training
• Willing to commit to a service bond after training
• Willing to be placed at BCA Syariah Branch Office throughout Indonesia
• 20 positions available
