Qualifications

• Friendly, skilled, solution-oriented, and able to communicate well
• Male or female, attractive appearance
• Graduates of Diploma 1 - Diploma 3 and Bachelor's degree (S1) with minimum GPA 2.50
• High School / Vocational School graduates with average report card score for semesters 5 and 6 minimum 70
• Indonesian citizen aged 18 to 24 years old
• Have never participated in the Bakti BCA Internship Program before
• Willing to be placed in all BCA branches in the Bengkulu area and surroundings
