Staff Administrasi Kontrak Proyek - Project Contract Based

Requirements

• Male / female, maximum age 35 years
• Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Preferably have work experience on PT Nindya Karya projects
• Proficient in Excel
• Understanding of the project tender and bidding process
• Have the ability to conduct market research and analyze project opportunities
• Understanding of the preparation and review of construction project contracts
• Understanding of BOQ, RAB, and working drawings
• Understanding of the fundamentals of contract law

HSE Proyek - Project Contract Based

Requirements

• Minimum education Diploma 4 / Bachelor's degree in Engineering major, preferably Civil Engineering
• Preferably have a valid Ahli K3 Umum or Ahli K3 Konstruksi certificate (Ministry of Manpower / BNSP)
• Minimum 1 year of experience as HSE in construction projects
• Understanding of national OHS regulations and international standards (ISO 45001 and ISO 14001)
• Firm, disciplined, with good communication and leadership skills

Engineer Divisi EPC - Contract Based

Requirements

• Minimum educational background of Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree in Civil / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in engineering within the EPC industry, main contractors, or engineering consultants
• Skilled in preparing, reviewing, and validating Basic Engineering Design (BED) documents in accordance with applicable technical standards
• Strong analytical skills to verify the accuracy of engineering estimates and cost details prepared by the project team
• Proficient in technical constructability analysis and work method preparation to support the preparation of Project Implementation Guidelines (PPP) proposals
• Able to conduct technical evaluations of construction work implementation in the field and assess its impact when changes occur in the work scope

• Understanding of construction implementation processes, work methods, and field work control
• Experienced in project implementation coordination, commissioning, final quantity, and work handover
• Understanding of quality control, variation orders, and completion of work according to specifications
• Understanding of HSE implementation and quality management systems in construction projects
• Able to operate Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project / Primavera; proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance / Management or other relevant fields
• Minimum 4 years of experience in project administration, finance, or general affairs
• Understanding of project administration management, cash flow, vendor payments, and bank reconciliation
• Understanding of project HR administration, inventory management, warehouse, and project general services
• Understanding of tax administration and verification of project payment documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel); experience using ERP / SAP is an advantage
• Understanding of HSE implementation in construction project environments

Site Engineer Manager - Contract Based

Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction projects, with experience as Site Engineer, Quantity Engineer, or an equivalent position
• Understanding of engineering estimates, BoQ, MTO, DED, shop drawings, and construction methods
• Understanding of quality, cost, and schedule control, as well as project performance evaluation
• Experienced in coordinating with Owners, consultants, and vendors
