Job Overview

If you enjoy IT work with a broad and varied scope, meeting and getting to know many people, and traveling across Indonesia to provide assistance and support to computer users in utilizing and optimizing IT technology, then you are the right person for this position. This job requires not only proficiency in IT technical skills but also social skills in building relationships with others. It is a challenging yet non-glamorous job, but one that is essential and plays a crucial role, especially in today's digital era. Providing technical assistance to computer users, answering questions, or resolving IT-related issues (hardware or software) directly, via phone, or electronically, as well as delivering training, education, and outreach, are all part of the Computer User Support role.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support to computer users in utilizing IT technology (hardware or software)
• Perform maintenance, both technical and non-technical, on the company's IT systems
• Conduct research and development on the company's IT systems
• Assist in implementing the latest IT system upgrades at local and national levels
• Conduct training, education, and outreach for users on the use and optimization of IT technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.00
• Proficient in using PC platforms and applications, especially Windows and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of basic hardware configurations, LAN and WAN, Windows scripting, and fundamental programming techniques
• Willing to be stationed in Jakarta, Kudus, Semarang, Bandung Surabaya.
