- Bachelor’s degree from various majors, including Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in the field of Quality Management.
- Good communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Review STK submitted to the QM Function.
- Update the STK Document List.
- Conduct socialization of STK documents that have been approved, and BC STK.
- Prepare the implementation of Internal and External Audits ISO 9001, 45001 and 37001.
- Monitor follow-up of Internal and External Audits ISO 9002, 45001 and 37001.
- Create broadcast of internal agenda.
- Draft monthly reports by collecting evidence.
- Prepare the completion of KKEP worksheets.
- Monitor follow-up of OFI to AFI KKEP and its evidence.
- Assist in preparing the Internal CIP Forum.
- Assist in preparing the implementation of the CIP Team in Forum CIP UIIA and APQA.
- Prepare Monthly QM Reports covering 4 Pillars.
