Job Description

• Follow up on requests for procurement of components / spare parts (Purchase Request) by finding selected MRO / Vendors, sending RFQ, making Bid Evaluation procurement process through purchase or exchange, lease in service, and updating the delivery process until it reaches the Warehouse
• Prepare Purchase Order documents for purchase or exchange
• Update delivery process, inform payment / SOA process to related functions and shipment of US Part as core unit for procurement exchange scheme
• Update KIMAP data in SAP and Vendor
• Prepare data for making procurement progress reports periodically

Job Requirements

• Maximum age 30 years
• Minimum Diploma 3 in any major (preferably Aviation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering) with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Work experience in procurement, especially experienced in aircraft spare parts procurement positions
• Proficient in operating MySAP and Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English
• Have Procurement and Purchasing Management training certification
• Registration Period: 13 - 20 October 2026
