Bogasari, Indofood’s flour milling division, is one of the largest in Southeast Asia. It produces wheat flour and pasta and operates supporting units in shipping and packaging. Bogasari’s facilities are strategically located to serve both domestic and export markets, and its products are widely used by bakeries, food manufacturers, and households. The division’s scale and efficiency contribute significantly to Indofood’s overall supply chain reliability and cost management.
The Agribusiness group encompasses activities such as seed breeding, oil palm cultivation, milling, and the production of cooking oils, margarine, and shortening. It also engages in the cultivation of sugar cane, rubber, and other crops. This group operates under subsidiaries including Indofood Agri Resources Ltd and PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk. Its vertically integrated model supports both upstream and downstream operations, enabling Indofood to maintain control over raw material quality and supply stability.
Indofood’s Distribution group manages one of the most extensive distribution networks in Indonesia. This division ensures that Indofood’s products reach consumers across the archipelago, including remote and rural areas. It also distributes third-party products, leveraging its logistical infrastructure to maximize market coverage and operational efficiency. The group’s reach and reliability are key to Indofood’s ability to maintain its market dominance and respond quickly to changing consumer demands.
As of 2023, Indofood reported revenues of approximately IDR 111.7 trillion and a net profit of IDR 8.1 trillion. Its total assets stood at IDR 186.5 trillion, with equity reaching IDR 100.4 trillion. These figures reflect the company’s financial strength and its ability to generate consistent returns for shareholders. Indofood’s products are exported to various regions including Asia, Australia, and Europe, further reinforcing its position as a global player in the food industry.
The company is led by Anthoni Salim, who serves as President Director and CEO. Indofood is a subsidiary of First Pacific Investment Management Limited, which holds a majority stake of 50.07%. The leadership team includes experienced professionals overseeing key divisions such as noodles, dairy, plantations, and distribution. Indofood’s history is marked by several key milestones. In the late 1960s, PT Lima Satu Sankyo began producing Supermi, the first instant noodle in Indonesia. Indomie was introduced in 1972, followed by Sarimi in 1982 and Chiki in 1983. The establishment of Bogasari Flour Mills in 1971 was a significant step in securing raw material supply for its food products. Over the decades, Indofood has expanded its portfolio and infrastructure, becoming a cornerstone of Indonesia’s food industry.
Currently, Corporate Indofood is opening opportunities for the position of Manager Sustainability - Governance, Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement - with placement at the Head Office Sudirman - South Jakarta.

Manager Corporate Sustainability

  • Placement: Sudirman - Jakarta Pusat

Task and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the preparation and publication of the companys sustainability report in accordance with applicable regulation and international framework, including POJK, GRI, IFRS and ISSB
  • Monitor and analyze new OJK regulation related to sustainability reporting and act as Indofood coordinator to ensure compliance with these new requirement is implemented.
  • Serve as Project Manager or the implementation of IFRS S2 - Climate related disclosures, witch will become mandatory under OJK regulation for fiscal year
  • Serve as primary point of contract for sustainability related inquires from investor, ESG rating agencies, NGOs, Government bodies and other external stakeholders
  • Represent the company in external sustainability forums and discussions
  • Coordinate with consultans and third party partner
  • Collaborate with cross functinal teams across the group to implement sustainability programs
  • Develop and deliver training and knowledge sharring sessions to promote sustainability.
  • Support preparation of periodic progress reports to monitor the implementation of sustainability initiatives agains established targets
  • Lead the development and management of sustainability content on the corporate website
  • Develop key communication materials to support sustainability programs and corporate initiatives.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environment / Environmental Engineering / Sustainability with a minimum GPA of 2.75
  • At least 5 years of experience in sustainability reporting and disclosure with at least 2 years in Sustainability Manager role. Working knowledge of POJK requirement, Global reporting Initiative (GRI), Sustainability Index and ESG rating.
  • Experience working with interdiciplinary teams (e.g., sustainability, procurement, product engineering, etc.) and managing relationships within complex organizational structures.
  • Familiar with consepts of ESG / sustainability disclosure, including POJK requirement, materiality, environmental, social, human right impact and governance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently facilitate working sessions with key stakeholders
