Job Description

• Business Relationship Development Program (BRDP) BCA Syariah is a development program for prospective employees who will be comprehensively trained in the business field. This program provides career acceleration opportunities for selected university graduates. Through this program, BCA Syariah aims to create competent individuals who can contribute to building BCA Syariah into an outstanding sharia financial institution.
• Each participant will have the opportunity to learn new aspects of the financial industry, understand banking regulations, and experience firsthand how banking operations are conducted while applying compliance principles and applicable regulations.
• This program combines experiential learning, classroom learning, and learning through others. The largest portion of the program is carried out through On the Job Training (OJT), where each participant will be guided and mentored by reliable and experienced professionals in their field.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00 or Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25.
• Open to any major / minimum 1 year of work experience.
• Maximum age 25 years for Bachelor’s graduates and maximum 26 years for Master’s graduates.
• Interested in banking marketing.
• Confident, highly achievement‑motivated, and enjoys communicating with others.
• Willing to undergo approximately 1 year of training.
• Willing to accept a service bond after completing training.
• Willing to be placed in BCA Syariah branch offices across Indonesia.
