Job Description

• Facilitate Project Management in preparing strategic and operational work plans and targets, ensure implementation and monitor execution
• Support the organization in implementing quality management systems and strategic improvement site execution
• Facilitate Project Management in conducting reviews and evaluations of all work plans and performance achievements
• Facilitate the implementation of the organization’s Plan-Do-Check-Action in a close loop

General Requirement

• Completed studies
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Not color blind
• Willing to be placed in all PAMA job site work areas
• Not participated in PAMA selection process within the last year
• Willing to comply with all statutory requirements, company regulations, and other requirements related to occupational health and safety, operational safety, and environmental protection

Specific Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering
• Skilled in building social communication
• Possess presentation skills
• Have leadership potential
• Organizational experience (preferable)
