Requirements

• Minimum education Diploma 3 / Diploma 4 / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Understand field documents and site administration
• Understand the basics of quality control and quality assurance

• Understanding of technical drawings (shop drawing / as built drawing)

Requirements

Requirements

Requirements

Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates or experienced candidates
• Minimum education background Diploma 3 / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Able to understand and analyze design drawings
• Able to actualize and model design drawings
• Able to actively coordinate within BIM workflow
• Able to operate BIM software: Autocad, Revit, and Sketchup

Cost Control - Contract Based

Requirements

• Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in cost control / project control, especially in construction projects
• Understanding of cost control concepts, budget monitoring, cost forecasting, and cost variance analysis
• Able to monitor project cost realization against budget and identify cost deviations
• Understanding of Cost to Go, Estimate at Completion (EAC), and project cost forecasting
• Able to monitor work progress and costs, ensuring alignment with actual project conditions
• Understanding of project cashflow management, debt, receivables, and project costs
• Able to prepare cost control and project performance reports regularly and provide recommendations for potential deviations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and project management or cost control applications is an advantage

Structure Engineer

Requirements

• Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, with Structural concentration
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as Structural Engineer in construction projects
• Understanding of analysis and design of concrete, steel, and / or other structures
• Able to perform structural calculations and engineering calculations according to applicable standards
• Proficient in structural analysis and design software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, or similar software
• Understanding of working drawings and structural detailing, able to review shop drawings
• Understanding of SNI and applicable construction technical standards
• Able to review designs, identify technical issues, and provide solution recommendations
• Able to coordinate technically with Engineering, Construction, and related stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, and communication skills

Site Commercial Manager - Contract Based

Requirements

• Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial, project control, cost control, planning, or related functions in construction projects
• Understanding of project planning and scheduling, including material, equipment, and manpower planning
• Proficient in cost control, cost forecasting, Cost to Go, cashflow, and project debt / receivable analysis
• Understanding of procurement and vendor management, including vendor evaluation and unit price analysis for materials, wages, and equipment
• Able to monitor and evaluate progress and project performance based on quality, cost, and time, including implementation of Early Warning System (EWS)
• Able to identify contract clauses with potential risks or commercial opportunities
• Able to analyze deviations and prepare corrective action / improvement recommendations for project performance and work plans
• Understanding of HSE and environmental management in projects, including carbon emission monitoring and reporting

Requirements

• Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 4 years of experience in construction projects with experience as Site Engineer, Field Supervisor, Pelaksana, or equivalent position
• Understanding of construction implementation processes, work methods, and field work control
• Experienced in project coordination, commissioning, final quantity, and project handover
• Understanding of quality control, scope changes (variation orders), and completion of work according to specifications
• Understanding of HSE implementation and quality management systems in construction projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project / Primavera; proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage

Requirements

• Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

• Understanding of engineering estimates, BoQ, MTO, DED, shop drawings, and construction methods
• Understanding of quality, cost, time control, and project performance evaluation
• Experienced in coordination with Owner, consultants, and partners
