PT Krakatau Posco is a joint venture established in 2010 between PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk, Indonesia’s foremost state-owned steel company, and POSCO, a global steel manufacturer based in South Korea. Construction of the integrated steel mill began in 2011 and reached completion within three years. • Location: Cilegon or Jakarta
• Deadline: 6 September 2026

Graduate Development Program (GDP) goals is to develop your knowledge, skills, attitude, and provide great opportunity to be Professionals in Steel Industry. With comprehensive program, you will get exposure of dynamic business challenges with both in-class and on the job training.
Work Scope: Actively participate in every activities designed for Graduate Development Program, including induction, On the Job Training program, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from university with minimum accreditation grade “Baik Sekali” (overseas campus will be an advantage).
• Major: Engineering (Industrial, Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical, Electrical High and Low Voltage, Mechanical, Environment), Accounting, Law, Finance / Business Management.
• English proficiency is a must (TOEFL minimum 500 or equivalent).
• Open for fresh graduated or having maximum 3 years work experience in related field will be point plus.
• Have commitment to complete the program.
• Willing to be place in Cilegon (Plant Site) or Jakarta (Sales and Marketing) based on the company needs.
