Officer Support Services

Job Roles
- Provide operational support to handle support services activities and daily regional office operations in East Java area to ensure HCML activities are conducted in timely manner and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate office facilities, support services, travel arrangements, and workplace operations.
- Coordinate and manage regional office operations and administrative activities, including document control, correspondence, meeting arrangements, budgeting, and reporting to support business continuity.
- Monitor vendor contracts, service performance, and operational budgets, including tender processes, invoice verification, petty cash administration, KPI tracking, and periodic expenditure reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including SKK Migas, regional partners, building management, and support service providers, to ensure efficient delivery of operational and business support activities across East Java.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management or other related disciplines.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in General Services, Facility Management, or Administration.
- Experience in managing office facilities, maintenance, housekeeping, and general services.
- Experience in coordinating transportation, accommodation, and business travel arrangements.
- Experience in budget, vendor, and service contract monitoring, including invoice and administrative processes.
- Knowledge of Oil and Gas industry operations and relevant regulations, including PTK 007.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, particularly for administration, reporting, and budget monitoring.
- Experience coordinating with internal departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to support operational activities.

- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing multiple tasks.
- Good analytical, information-gathering, and negotiation skills.
