JSP will utilize a Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) named Jawa Satu Regas to convert the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) needs back into its original gaseous form. The LNG is transported from BP Tangguh, West Papua, and seamlessly integrated with the JSP power plant located in Cilamaya, West Java, through offshore and onshore pipelines.
The electricity generated by JSP will then be supplied to PLN, the national electricity company, playing a crucial role in meeting the country's ever-increasing electricity demand. This strategic initiative reaffirms our commitment to sustainable energy solutions and supports Indonesia's broader goals in developing its electricity infrastructure.
