Job Description
- Control and minimize cybersecurity incidents that impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information.
- Implement strategic information security programs and initiatives aligned with the company’s transformation roadmap and targets.
- Ensure all service requests and issues related to IT Security are handled timely, effectively, and according to security standards.
- Lead initiation, design, development, and management of IT Security platforms and solutions to protect IT infrastructure (including on-premise and cloud data centers, headquarters, and branch offices) especially in security operation center, network security, and endpoint security. Scope of work includes:
- Lead research and analysis for IT Security platforms and solutions to be implemented based on regulations, industry standards, and cyber risk identification results.
- Lead preparation of budget proposal documents for IT Security platforms and solutions.
- Lead execution of Request for Information (RFI) with stakeholders such as technology principals of IT Security platforms and solutions.
- Lead execution of Proof of Concept (PoC) with stakeholders such as technology principals of IT Security platforms and solutions.
- Lead preparation of Feasibility Study (FS) and Term of Reference (ToR) documents required for procurement of IT Security platforms and solutions.
- Ensure team members provide assistance during procurement process of IT Security platforms and solutions.
- Ensure team members perform initial implementation of IT Security platforms and solutions on time according to scope and timeline.
- Ensure team members carry out operational activities and maintenance of IT Security platforms and solutions, including availability of routine reports, monitoring, and initial investigation in case of anomalies or indications of cybersecurity incidents.
- Lead preparation and updating of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents for IT Security platforms and solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure team members provide assistance to related functions to apply IT Security practices from the early stage of application development (Security by Design) in the form of verbal and written recommendations.
- Provide assistance and act as resource person in internal and external audit processes related to IT Security.

Requirements
- Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Information Technology related majors, such as Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Informatics Management, and others (Master's degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 10 years of work experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Security.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience leading Security Operation Center, Network Security, and Endpoint Security functions (Bank experience preferred).
- Mastery of IT Security control implementation including:
- Banking IT infrastructure security architecture, including data center environments (on premise / cloud / hybrid), headquarters, and branch offices.
- Cybersecurity Management, including management of Security Operation Center (SOC), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), attack surface management, brand protection, cyber threat intelligence, and handling of cyber incidents.
- Network Security including management of network microsegmentation, access control, email security, and perimeter security.
- Endpoint Security including management of anti-malware, endpoint detection and response, endpoint data loss prevention (DLP), endpoint encryption, endpoint hardening and patch management, and Hardware Security Module (HSM).
- Understanding of Bank regulatory requirements and best practices related to cybersecurity implementation such as ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework, PCI-DSS, and CIS Controls.
- Ability to maintain Bank confidentiality, active communication in English, analysis, problem solving, project management, and good teamwork, with willingness to continuously follow technology developments.
- Preferred to have active certifications in IT Security such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, GSOM, CCOA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
- Preferred for those actively involved in professional communities for cybersecurity.
