• Male or Female according to formation needs;
• Physically and mentally healthy;
• Possess a valid Diploma / Certificate of Graduation (SKL):
  • High School (SLTA) (Senior High School (SMA) / Islamic High School (MA) / Vocational High School (SMK) / Islamic Vocational High School (MAK)) with grades:
    • National Final Examination (UAN) average minimum 7.0; or
    • High School (SLTA) (Senior High School (SMA) / Islamic High School (MA) / Vocational High School (SMK) / Islamic Vocational High School (MAK)) graduates from 2020 onwards, using school exam average minimum 7.0 or 70;
  • Diploma 3 with GPA minimum 3.0 and program accreditation at graduation date minimum “Baik Sekali (B)” from BAN-PT or authorized institution;
  • Diploma 4 / Bachelor's Degree with GPA minimum 3.0 and program accreditation at graduation date minimum “Unggul (A)” from BAN-PT or authorized institution.

• Height requirements:

  • Male minimum 160 cm with ideal weight, for formations:
    • Diploma 4 / Bachelor's Degree - Logistics and Construction Staff;
    • Diploma 4 / Bachelor's Degree - Negative Check Sintelis and Facilities Officer;
    • Diploma 3 - KPJR Operator and Facilities and Infrastructure Maintenance;
    • Diploma 3 - Administration;
    • Diploma 3 - Paramedic;
    • High School (SLTA) - Train Driver (Masinis), and Facilities and Infrastructure Maintenance.
  • Male minimum 160 cm and Female minimum 155 cm with ideal weight, specifically for Diploma 4 / Bachelor's Degree - Legal Administration.
• Good conduct;
• Not pierced for male; and not tattooed for male / female;
• Never used or involved with narcotics or psychotropics;
• Never imprisoned by final court decision;
• Never resigned as permanent employee (PKWTT) in KAI Group or Affiliates due to early retirement, own request, or disciplinary punishment;
• Never dismissed from other institutions due to disciplinary punishment or dishonorable discharge;
• No marital relationship with employees in the same unit within KAI Group upon acceptance;
• Willing to follow recruitment selection according to PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Group regulations;
