Senior PSC Management Officer - as a Third Party
Facilitate and develop functional business strategies and initiatives by assessing Petronas Carigali Indonesia’s (PCINO) asset positions versus Production Sharing Contract (PSC) commitment and recommending strategic options to contribute effectively to the realization of long term PCINO’s objective and vision. Model and confirm optimal business decisions together with risk profiling and its mitigation plans. Monitor the key "drivers" that has a major impact on business that affects every business' performance. Ensure that sufficient work program and budget is proposed to the host government for each PSCs’ activities.Job Responsibility and Accountability
- Analyze, review and monitor full compliance to PSC and Joint Operation Agreement (JOA) requirements and becoming source of reference regarding rights and obligations under PSC and JOA as well as the commercial / financial implications. This includes producing all reports governed under the PSC / JOA (i.e. monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to Government and Partners), concurrent with Approval for Expenditure (AFE) tracking / monitoring based on the approved WP&B so that expenditures and activities conducted are legitimate and entitled for Cost Recovery. Monitors and reviews compliance with policy statement and operating procedures. Participate in PSC audits execution by Host Authorities and / or partners to ensure good governance and prudent operatorship
- Work together with Planning team to formulate, plan and propose annual Corporate Program and Budget (CPB) to Production International (PI) and Work Program and Budget (WP&B) submission to Host County (SKK Migas) by producing detail financial and production analysis by PSC and by Project to ensure compliance with Final Investment Decision (FID) sanction, maintain and improve robustness of the projects by meeting minimum economic threshold set by Corporate.
- Perform economic evaluation to assess the feasibility of a project, facilitate the investment decision - making, and provide economic value analysis in order to assist project’s owner and management in identifying and leveraging the economic value drivers which could improve project’s value and to advise potential value erosion in timely manner. Delivering accurate economic evaluation to the company to support the continued project growth, new development, commercial strategies, negotiations and project analysis. Developing scenarios and sensitivities analysis.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor of country’s preparation for approval on project sanction and commercial agreement (i.e. materials for Board presentation, Board Paper, etc.) through ensuring that the Paper’s content meets PETRONAS’ standards. To ensure approval can be obtained seamlessly towards timely commencement of a project / commercial arrangement and has been vetted through / endorsed by various committee sittings prior to reaching the ultimate Limits of Authority.
- Analyze, review and recommend OBO assets performance through technical, commercial and financial point of view and validate entitlement calculation from each of company’s assets for estimating cash that is going to be generated by PCINO for upcoming 5 years to ensure value creation through the assets is as per PETRONAS’ initial plan.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Finance or Petroleum Engineering
- Minimum 8 years in Oil and Gas industry.
- Understanding of E&P Business and technical / functional knowledge
- Techno-commercial knowledge in petroleum arrangement i.e. PSCs, GSAs, UAs etc
Maintenance Planner
The successful candidate will be responsible to develop and execute long-term regional maintenance objectives, strategies, and integrated plans in compliance with design specifications, industry codes and standards, PETRONAS and statutory requirements, and the PCINO Asset Integrity and Maintenance System (AIMS), ensuring operational excellence, asset integrity, and world-class performance standards.Job Responsibility and Accountability
- Develop and implement long-term integrated maintenance strategies aligned with corporate maintenance philosophy to ensure facility reliability and technical integrity.
- Establish effective maintenance schedules, critical spare parts, and material requirements based on manufacturer recommendations, industry standards, and best practices to achieve equipment reliability targets.
- Oversee preparation and monitoring of Work Program and Budget (WP&B) to ensure efficient budget utilization and cost control for maintenance activities.
- Lead maintenance KPI implementation, performance reviews, and reporting to ensure maintenance activities are executed according to approved plans and objectives.
- Manage HSE initiatives and compliance with statutory, PETRONAS, and PCSB standards to promote strong HSE awareness and achieve safety objectives.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and supply chain teams to align maintenance priorities with production goals.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering preferably Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 8 - 10 years in related activities for Oil and Gas industry
- Possess good interpersonal qualities with good relationship building, networking, and independent.
- Have knowledge in tools needed for onshore and offshore facilities
- Proficiency in maintenance planning tools and systems (SAP).
- Certification in maintenance planning tools (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, or equivalent CMMS) is an advantage
- Understanding of E&P Business and possess technical awareness in operations
- Familiarity with reliability engineering methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RBI).
Senior Risk Management and Emergency Response Officer - as a Third Party
Plan, execute, and strengthen emergency preparedness, crisis management, incident management, and operational risk management programs to enhance organizational readiness and response capability during emergency and crisis situations. The role is responsible for ensuring effective emergency response systems, incident notification, investigation and reporting processes, coordination mechanisms, and crisis management frameworks are established and maintained to minimize impact to personnel, environment, assets, operations, and the Company’s reputation.Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain Crisis and Emergency Management frameworks, Emergency Response Plans (ERP), contingency plans, and related procedures for operational sites and corporate functions in accordance with the Company’s requirements, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute emergency preparedness programs including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 exercises, drills, simulations, and crisis management exercises to validate emergency response capability, identify gaps, and improve organizational readiness.
- Maintain readiness of Emergency Coordination Centre (ECC), emergency communication systems, emergency response equipment, and support facilities by ensuring proper manning, competency, functionality, and operational preparedness.
- Support and involve in emergency response leadership and coordination during incidents and crisis situations, establishing effective communication channels, coordinating response teams, and supporting decision-making processes.
- Manage communications with the public, media, and government agencies during crises through the development and execution of crisis communication strategies to protect the Company's reputation and maintain public confidence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant emergency response and crisis management regulations, standards, and permits by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review effective oil spill response and emergency capabilities by coordinating regular drill exercises and assessing emergency response intervention are at highest levels of preparedness and professionalism to safeguard the people, environment, assets, reputation and confidence of the Company’s stakeholders.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in Emergency Response, Crisis Management, Risk Management, HSE, or Operations within E&P, oil and gas, petrochemical, marine, or high-hazard industries.
- Strong understanding and practical experience in Emergency Response and Crisis Management concepts, including Incident Command System (ICS), emergency organization structures, escalation protocols, and emergency coordination processes.
- Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and orchestrating large-scale emergency drills / exercises involving multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders.
- Broad experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and lessons learned implementation related to operational incidents, emergencies, and high-potential events.
- Certification or formal training in incident investigation methodologies such as Tripod Beta, SCAT, TapRooT, RCA, or equivalent investigation techniques will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, decision-making capability, and ability to perform effectively under high-pressure and dynamic emergency situations.

Administration Assistant - as a Third Party
Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the department functions efficiently, maintains accurate records, coordinates activities, and complies with company policies and procedures.Job Responsibility and Accountability
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department team and management, prepare, draft, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Manage departmental calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. Organize and maintain filing systems, records, and documentation.
- Assist on scheduling and coordinating departmental meetings, workshops, and events. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings, and action item trackers.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining necessary documentation.
- Process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims.
- Coordinate with procurement and finance teams regarding vendor payments.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Mechanical Technician - as a Third Party
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections, commissioning, and repair of static and rotating mechanical equipment to support safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations of the Company’s offshore process facilities, in accordance with the highest technical and HSE standards.Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on static and rotating mechanical equipment in accordance with approved procedures and OEM recommendations.
- Carry out troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and minor to intermediate repairs on rotating equipment such as gas turbines, compressors, pumps, and associated auxiliaries.
- Perform maintenance and inspection activities on static equipment including vessels, piping, valves, pressure relief devices, and packages.
- Support operation and maintenance of Solar Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) units, including routine inspections, minor maintenance, and coordination with OEM / vendor representatives as required.
- Support maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting of Vapour Recovery Unit (VRU) equipment and associated mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for mechanical maintenance activities in compliance with Permit to Work (PTW) procedures; review subcontractors’ JSA submissions and provide technical and safety guidance.
- Provide mechanical support during offshore shutdowns, turnarounds, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Prepare tools, materials, spare parts, and detailed task lists for routine maintenance and shutdown execution.
- Participate as required in offshore emergency response and recovery activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and equipment history in CMMS.
- Participate in safety audits, inspections, toolbox talks, and continuous HSE improvement initiatives.
- Manage and monitor mechanical spare parts and consumables usage in accordance with maintenance planning requirements.
- Support inspection and maintenance of life saving appliances (LSA) and firefighting equipment, ensuring statutory inspections and records are up to date.
- Work closely with offshore operations, maintenance teams, subcontractors, and vendors to execute work safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Act as a senior field reference for mechanical maintenance practices and troubleshooting support.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline (Polytechnic preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of hands on experience as a Mechanical Technician in offshore oil and gas, petrochemical, or related process industries.
- Strong working knowledge of HSE Management Systems and Permit to Work (PTW) practices in offshore oil and gas operations.
- Proven experience in maintenance of rotating equipment (GTG, compressors, pumps, fin fan coolers) and static equipment (vessels, piping, valves).
- Experience supporting or working alongside OEMs for Solar Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) maintenance activities.
- Working knowledge or experience in maintenance of VRU systems is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience using CMMS (SAP preferred) for maintenance execution and reporting.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with a systematic, safety focused approach.
- Ability to work under offshore rotational schedules and challenging operating conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multicultural offshore team.

Certification and Competency Advantages (Highly Preferred)
- OEM or vendor training related to gas turbine, compressor, or rotating equipment maintenance (Solar GTG exposure preferred).
- Rigging and lifting, mechanical fitting, or pressure equipment maintenance training.
- Experience supporting statutory inspection or third party inspection activities.
- Certified Operate Pedestal Crane either MIGAS or DISNAKER
Instrument Technician - as a Third Party
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, calibration, and repair of instrumentation, control, and related systems to support safe, reliable, and cost effective operations of the Company’s offshore process facilities, in accordance with the highest technical and HSE standards.Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on field instrumentation, analysers, and control systems in accordance with approved procedures and OEM recommendations.
- Carry out troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and minor repairs on field instruments and control systems.
- Maintain and support Distributed Control Systems (DCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and Fire and Gas Systems (FGS).
- Perform first-line troubleshooting for production-related IT and OT systems, including industrial networks, telecommunications systems, PI / System historian, and related infrastructure.
