Job Description

Organize IT service operations and maintenance, covering infrastructure and software / applications within the scope of LAN, WAN, IT environment, and software / application services through installation or configuration, operation, and maintenance activities according to the company’s business needs, ensuring services run as specified for site operations.

General Requirement

• Completed studies
• Minimum GPA 3.00
• Not color blind
• Willing to work at PAMA Jobsite areas (Kalimantan, Sulawesi and South Sumatra)
• Have not participated in PAMA’s selection process within the last 1 year
• Willing to comply with all legal requirements, company regulations, and other requirements related to occupational health and safety, operational safety, and environmental protection

Specific Requirement

• Diploma 3 in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Management
• Sufficient knowledge and exposure to technology trends (especially IT)
• Able to configure CISCO Network (e.g., Switch, Wireless, Router) or HUAWEI network preferred
• Able to configure Microcontroller / IoT preferred
• Knowledge of IT Environment (e.g., Grounding)
• Knowledge of Applications: Mobile Apps, Web Apps, C# / Dot Net, ASP, JAVA
• Knowledge of Database Management: SQL, MySQL
• Work experience in IT field minimum 1 year preferred
