Qualifications

• Strong skills in data analysis and business research
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Communicative, analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work in a team
• Experience in aviation / airline industry is an advantage

Manager Fleet Management

Job Description

• Develop and manage the company’s fleet portfolio strategy to support business growth and asset optimization
• Lead fleet sourcing, acquisition, leasing, restructuring, disposal, and commercial negotiations with lessors, investors, and strategic partners
• Evaluate investment opportunities, prepare business cases, feasibility studies, and provide strategic recommendations related to fleet management
• Identify, develop, and monitor business synergy initiatives that add value to the company
• Develop, monitor, and evaluate KPIs and performance dashboards related to fleet management and investment functions
• Manage identification, mitigation, and monitoring of business risks in accordance with the Business and Risk Management System (SPBD) framework
• Prepare strategic studies, executive summaries, and presentation materials to support management and Board of Directors decision-making
• Collaborate with internal functions and external stakeholders to ensure effective program implementation and achievement of business targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Airline Business, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Fleet Management, Business Development, or Investment Management
• Experienced in fleet acquisition, leasing, investment analysis, and business negotiation
• Strong financial modeling and business case analysis
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Aviation industry experience preferred
