The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia invites qualified and motivated professionals to join the Central Project Management Unit (CPMU), the Strengthening of Primary Health Care in Indonesia (SOPHI) Project, and the Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (InPULS) Project.
We are seeking individuals who bring relevant experience, sound professional judgment, and a collaborative approach to supporting the implementation of these strategic health-sector projects.
Available positions:
Communication Consultant (1 Position)
- Central Project Management Unit (CPMU)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree with at least 7 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years in Health Education, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years with government, international organizations, or development projects
- Experience in communication strategies, advocacy, and digital and media content
- Understanding of Indonesia’s health sector and strong writing and communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Able to coordinate stakeholders and meet deadlines
- Multimedia skills are an advantage
Finance Assistant (1 Position)
- Central Project Management Unit (CPMU)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 2 years in financial management of foreign-funded projects, particularly WB or ADB
- Experience with government budgets (DIPA), monitoring, and reporting
- Proficient in financial data processing and supporting documentation
- Good English, coordination, and reporting skills
- Adaptable, accurate, and committed to integrity
Biomedical Engineering Consultant (1 Position)
- Strengthening of Primary Health Care in Indonesia Project (SOPHI)
Qualifications
- Master’s in Biomedical Engineering, Medical Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in biomedical engineering, particularly healthcare projects
- Experience implementing biomedical solutions in healthcare facilities
- Strong technical skills, proficient in equipment management software and IT tools
- Good English and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams
- Certification, donor-funded project experience, and knowledge of Indonesian healthcare standards preferred
Contract Management Consultant (1 Position)
- Indonesia Public Laboratory System Strengthening (PMU InPULS) Project
Qualifications
- Master’s in Business Administration, Law, Contract Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years in contract management, preferably in international development projects
- Experience in international procurement, contract administration, and compliance
- Knowledge of Indonesian government procedures, strong negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills
- Proficient in procurement software, Microsoft Office, and English
- Procurement or contract certification and donor-funded project experience are advantages
