- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of work experience
- Active in organizational activities
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1 / D4) in:
- Mining Engineering and Geosciences (Mining Engineering, Geophysics)
- Engineering and Sciences (Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering)
- Business, Law and Communication (Management, Accounting, Law, Communication Studies)
- Information Technology (Informatics / Computer Science)
