Qualifications
- Minimum education Bachelor's degree
- Experience is a plus
- Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible for administrative processes from recap to documentation of daily raw material orders at locations in Java, Kalimantan, Sumatra
- Coordinate with area admins and project coordinators at each location to ensure raw material costs are recorded accurately and raw materials arrive on time
- Support in monthly actual cost analysis
- Prepare budgeting of raw material costs for each location every month including the process of creating and monitoring PR documents
- Support in contract value usage analysis, contract addendum preparation, and vendor tender together with SCM division
- Coordinate with IT division for the development of digitalization programs aimed at automating raw material orders and storing big data for FLS division
