Junior Officer Inflight Catering - East Region

Job Description
- Prepare planning, management, monitoring, and supervision of inflight catering operations in the eastern region of Indonesia
- Manage financial cost control efficiently and effectively with an understanding of catering supply chain and inventory management processes
- Process billing documents (invoices) from catering providers related to inflight catering services
- Able to prepare KPI and SLA for vendors
- Supervise food and beverage quality according to HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Management System standards
- Manage digital catering management systems for monitoring meal and inventory needs and dashboard management
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience team for new menu development
- Implement catering service innovations based on global aviation industry trends

Job Requirements
- Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from Aviation Management, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or other relevant fields, work experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Google Workspace), Standard Food Safety Management System, ISO 22000, HACCP, Airline Catering Operation
- Able to perform data analytics and dashboard reporting
- Understand the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for catering demand forecasting and operational analysis
- Able to operate digital collaboration applications such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Strong communication skills, competent in negotiation, and able to coordinate effectively with various parties

Junior Officer / Officer Material Warehouse

Job Description
- Ensure all material documentation and transaction records are maintained
- Ensure only approved spare parts and materials are stored in the warehouse based on FIFO
- Ensure spare parts required for maintenance and stock are properly distributed
- Monitor and ensure aircraft spare parts and materials entering and leaving storage, whether serviceable or unserviceable, are properly handled
- Ensure warehouse functions such as packing, shipping, disposal of used parts, or warranty parts are properly handled and documented, and warehouse environment is controlled according to standard requirements
- Ensure aircraft materials in the warehouse remain in good condition, including routine maintenance and periodic inspections
- Conduct analysis related to material movement and Warehouse System
Job Requirements
- Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor’s Degree (D3 / S1) in Industrial Engineering
- Fresh graduates and / or experienced candidates are an advantage
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, and Stock Opname, and Word for report preparation)
- Active English communication skills
- Understand Inbound, Outbound workflow, and stock control management (FIFO / FEFO)
- Understand stock arrangement processes (inventory management) and warehouse systems such as AMOS / SAP / WMS
- Detail-oriented, honest, physically fit, and able to work in a team
- Willing to work in a shift system, able to work under pressure, and accustomed to operational targets
- Willing to be placed anywhere according to Pelita Air flight routes
