Senior Legal Litigation

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law
• Experience minimum 8 years in legal litigation
• Having valid advocate license
• Deep technical knowledge of Indonesian Aviation Law and Corporate Legal
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skill
• Good in English Proficiency (both written and spoken)

Job Description

• Handle the resolution of litigation matters either internally or through External Legal Counsel (ELC) encompassing case analysis and review, issuance of legal notices, court proceedings, drafting of legal documents, and representing the company in appearances, communications, negotiations, and meetings with relevant parties, through to the final resolution of the legal matter or dispute, whether in or out of court.
• Draft and / or update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Litigation and Compliance activities.

Corporate Legal Manager

Job Description

• Conduct Compliance Clinics and socialize Good Corporate Governance (GCG).
• Handle litigation cases both internally and with External Legal Consultants (KHE), including analyzing and studying cases, sending warnings, representing in court, preparing documents related to legal issues, meeting, communicating, negotiating, and holding meetings with related parties until the legal issues / cases are resolved both inside and outside the court.
• Review PDS / RRD / KPSSS / Power of Attorney / Director's Letter / Meeting Minutes / Director's Decree / CEO Decree / Technical Director Decree / Guidelines / SOP as requested by the User.
• Prepare and / or update SOPs related to Litigation and Compliance activities.
