Rekrutmen Awak Kabin Haji 2027

In order to provide the best service for Indonesian pilgrims performing the hajj, PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk opens opportunities for professional Cabin Crew who are committed and highly dedicated to join the hajj flights.

General Requirements

• Indonesian citizen
• Muslim (since one of the destinations is Madinah)
• Height 165cm - 178cm (male) and 158cm - 172cm (female) with proportional weight
• For health and safety reasons, participants agree not to be pregnant during the 2027 hajj flight period
• Possess a passport with a name consisting of at least 3 words and valid until December 31, 2027 (this requirement can be completed in parallel during the selection process)
• Willing to serve all routes and be placed at Garuda Indonesia hajj embarkation
• Willing to attend the entire training process according to assignment
• Possessing a certificate with EASA rating is an advantage

Specific Requirements

• Experience as regular cabin crew (Indonesian airline) or Garuda Indonesia hajj flight 2026
• Maximum age 55 years by December 31, 2027
• Possess FAC (Flight Attendant Certificate) issued by DGCA Indonesia (DKPPU)
• Possess aircraft type rating group JET Wide Body (Boeing B777-300ER and/or Airbus A330-200 / 300 / 900NEO)

Document Requirements

• Application Letter
• Curriculum Vitae (CV) (2 copies)
• Original parental (Father/Mother) or husband’s consent letter (with Rp. 10,000 stamp duty)
• Original and copy of Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) issued by National Police Headquarters or Regional Police with the statement of purpose: “CABIN CREW FOR HAJI FLIGHTS IN SAUDI ARABIA” (SKCK can be made via the Polri Super App) (2 copies of SKCK)
• Original permit from TNI/POLRI institution association
• Original Certificate of Being Unmarried from the local sub-district office (for those not married)
• Copy of valid passport (2 copies)
• Copy of ID card of applicant, spouse, parents (Father and Mother or Guardian) (3 copies of applicant’s ID card)
• Copy of Family Card (KK) of applicant (2 copies)
• Copy of Birth Certificate / Letter of Birth Recognition
• Copy of Marriage Certificate / Divorce Certificate
• Copy of Elementary, Junior High, Senior High School diplomas (or equivalent) and latest education diploma
• Copy of Certificate of Lolos Butuh
• Recent passport photo size 4x6, 10 pieces with red background (full name according to ID card must be written on the back of the photo)
• Rp. 10,000 stamp duty 2 pieces
• Bring a blue folder for Hajj Cabin Crew 2026 and a yellow folder for others besides Hajj Cabin Crew 2026

Medical Examination Preparation

• Fasting starts at 22:00 the night before the supporting medex test while still drinking water
• Sleep at least 6 hours before the medex
• Limit consumption of high-fat, high-carbohydrate, and high-uric acid foods one week before the medex
• Bring visual aids (Glasses/Contact lenses)
• Bring prescription glasses based on examination by an Eye Specialist
• Bring ID card or personal identification
