Key Responsibilities

Corporate Communications and Reputation (50%)

• Turn multiple business verticals into compelling corporate stories.
• Strengthen media and stakeholder engagement.
• Support timely, accurate, and coordinated crisis communications.
• Support senior management in building visibility and thought leadership.

Community and Social Engagement (30%)

• Deliver community and CSR initiatives aligned with Pelita Air’s values and priorities.
• Amplify the outcomes of Pelita Air’s social initiatives.

BOD Support and Corporate Administration (20%)

• Support key BOD engagements, meetings, events, and corporate activities.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in corporate communications, public relations, media relations, or a related communications function.
• Experience in aviation, transportation, energy, BUMN, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
• Proven experience in developing and executing corporate communications strategies and programs.
• Strong track record in media relations and corporate storytelling, with the ability to generate meaningful and relevant coverage.
• Sound understanding of corporate reputation, issues management, and crisis communications.
• Proactive, with the ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team.
• Skilled at prioritizing tasks and projects, as well as driving them to completion in a dynamic aviation environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English.

IT Data Management

Job Description

• Responsible for collecting, processing, validating, and maintaining data from various company systems and data sources, including ensuring data quality, completeness, consistency, and accuracy; supporting data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), database management, data warehouse / data mart, master data, and data repository.
• Create and maintain SQL queries for data processing, reconciliation, and provisioning needs.
• Support dashboard development, reporting, data analysis, and process automation; perform monitoring and troubleshooting of data issues and integration processes.
• Prepare and maintain data documentation such as data source, data mapping, data flow, and data dictionary.
• Support implementation of Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Access Control.
• Assist development projects within the team, including development and maintenance of internal applications / web applications, process automation, data and API integration, and dashboard / reporting implementation, covering user requirements formulation, feature development, testing, bug fixing, and documentation.
• Coordinate with teams, vendors, and related units to ensure availability and utilization of accurate and reliable data to support company operations and decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science / Computer Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in Data Management, Data Analyst, Data Engineer, BI, or related fields is an advantage.
• Knowledge of ETL, data integration, data cleansing, and data quality.
• Understanding of basic concepts of Data Warehouse, Data Mart, Master Data Management, and Data Governance is an advantage.
• Familiar with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Basic ability to use Python for data processing or automation, familiar with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other BI platforms is an advantage.
• Basic skills and abilities in application/software development (e.g., web development, scripting, or API integration) to support team development needs; familiarity with JavaScript, Google Apps Script, or Node.js development is an advantage.
• Able to work collaboratively in a development team, including understanding user needs, conducting testing, and preparing technical documentation.
• Familiar with version control (Git) is an advantage.
