PT Jawa Satu Power is a joint venture entity between PT Pertamina Power Indonesia ("PPI"), Garuda Power Holdings B.V. and Sojitz Global Investment B.V. PT Jawa Satu power deals with more than 20 companies involved, 3 main consortium members, 2 additional members in FSRU (PT Jawa Satu regas), 3 senior lenders (JBIC, NEXI, ADB) plus 5 commercial banks (Mizuho, MUFG, societe generale, OCBC bank, credit agricole), 3 main EPC contractors, and advisories on the financial, legal, and technical. As the first LNG-to-power project in Indonesia, JSP aligns with the country's goals to increase electricity generation through renewable energy sources and contribute to reducing the overall cost of power generation.
JSP will utilize a Floating Storage Regasification Unit (FSRU) named Jawa Satu Regas to convert the Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) needs back into its original gaseous form. The LNG is transported from BP Tangguh, West Papua, and seamlessly integrated with the JSP power plant located in Cilamaya, West Java, through offshore and onshore pipelines.
The electricity generated by JSP will then be supplied to PLN, the national electricity company, playing a crucial role in meeting the country's ever-increasing electricity demand. We’re Looking for You
As a Tax Officer, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance activities, supporting tax planning initiatives, and ensuring that all tax obligations are fulfilled accurately and in accordance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations.Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and submitting tax payments and tax returns accurately and on time
- Ensuring compliance with applicable Indonesian tax regulations including Withholding Tax (WHT), VAT (PPN), and Corporate Income Tax
- Reviewing transactions and supporting documents to determine appropriate tax treatments
- Handling tax audits and coordinating preparation of required documentation and responses
- Supporting tax planning initiatives and analyzing tax implications for business transactions
- Coordinating with external consultants for Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Doc)
- Preparing and processing tax refund claims in accordance with applicable regulations
- Performing tax reconciliations and analyzing tax-related accounts in financial statements
- Maintaining effective communication with the Tax Office (Kantor Pajak) and relevant authorities
- Preparing required tax-related reports including Bank Indonesia reports (KPPK, ULN, SIUL) and BKPNA reporting
- Coordinating with internal departments regarding tax implications of transactions
- Supporting other tax and finance-related assignments as required by management
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting or Taxation
- Brevet A/B certification is required; Brevet C will be an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of experience in taxation
- Experience handling tax compliance, tax audits, and tax planning activities
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations, including WHT, VAT, and Corporate Income Tax
- Experience in tax audit handling, tax refunds, and transfer pricing coordination
- Understanding of tax implications related to imports, services, and related party transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax reporting systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tax deadlines independently
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders

As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for managing sourcing and procurement activities to support plant operations while ensuring transparency, efficiency, and compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Executing procurement activities in accordance with the Company’s Procurement Policies and Procedures
- Preparing RFQ/RFP documents, managing bidding processes, evaluating proposals, and supporting vendor selection
- Conducting commercial negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms
- Preparing and administering Purchase Orders through ERP/CMMS systems (such as SAP or Maximo)
- Maintaining procurement documentation and ensuring complete audit trails for compliance purposes
- Coordinating with vendors, contractors, forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Monitoring procurement progress and expediting deliveries to prevent operational delays

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain functions
- Experience in power plant, energy, oil & gas, or heavy industry will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management
- Familiarity with international procurement practices, Incoterms, shipping documentation, and import processes
- Experience using ERP/CMMS systems such as SAP or Maximo
- Good understanding of budgeting, commercial processes, and procurement documentation
- Strong awareness of HSE, quality, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
