Job Description

• Together with the Head of Branch Office, prepare and implement work programs and targets to be achieved within one period for the Work Unit and branches under its coordination in line with the company’s work program.
• Arrange strategies for the development and implementation of operational activities in the Work Unit while maintaining compliance principles and good risk management.
• Support the quality and quantity of business in all branches under its coordination through the implementation of standardized and quality services and operations.
• Maintain and improve the quality of fund structure and banking services in the Work Unit on a continuous basis.
• Explore and propose to the Head of Branch Office business opportunities from customers of the Branch Office and branches under its coordination.
• Supervise and control work procedures and the implementation of all branch activities in the operational field to ensure these activities run smoothly and in accordance with the Bank’s provisions, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and cooperate at the Branch Office level according to the authority of its duties and foster good relations with third parties to facilitate the achievement of targets set according to its authority.
• Ensure that office administration activities for the Branch Office and sharia services under it comply with applicable provisions and procedures.
• Coordinate the implementation of activities related to technical work, office building security, office building cleanliness, distribution of letters / documents, and HR management related to these activities.
• Direct, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of audit follow-ups at the Branch Office level according to the authority of its duties.
• Conduct formal coaching, enhance team engagement, and develop a continuous learning culture to improve the quality of human resources under its coordination.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the position of Head of Branch Office Operations
• Preferably with experience in banking, both conventional and sharia
• Familiar with business targets as well as operational targets (audit reports and services)
• Possess extensive networking to provide proposals to the Head of Branch regarding business opportunities
• Have selling skills, strong analytical ability, and good communication skills
• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office
• Placement at BCA Syariah Branch Lampung
