Job Description
Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk - BNI is one of Indonesia’s financial institutions that provides services to customers including banking services, investment, digital products, and other financial products for domestic and international areas.To support this, BNI requires young talents who are talented, creative, and communicative to fill the position of Program Relationship Manager (Assistant Level) for placement in all Outlets in Region 02.
Placement Location: Outlets in Region 02 (West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, and Kerinci)
General Requirements
- Maximum 24 years old for Diploma graduates and maximum 26 years old for Bachelor graduates by September 30, 2025
- Minimum GPA of 2.75 on 4.00 scale
- Position applied for Customer Service and Sales (Assistant Level)
- No direct blood relation (parent or sibling) with active BNI employee. Exception applies to parent with remaining active service at BNI of 0-3 years before retirement
- Not married and willing to remain unmarried during the contract period
- Never involved in drugs or other legal violations, proven by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK)
- Good communication skills
- We will only process applications for active BINA BNI and former BINA BNI (For Former BINA BNI, applicable according to general requirements) domiciled in West Sumatra, Riau, Riau Islands, and Sungai Penuh
