  • Minimum 5 years of IT work experience with at least 3 years in Security Operation Center (SOC), security monitoring, or incident response;
  • Experience leading and developing SOC team (junior, mid-level, senior analyst), ensuring monitoring and incident response framework quality, escalation, and crisis handling processes;
  • Deep understanding of SOC operations, threat detection lifecycle, incident response framework, escalation, and crisis handling processes;
  • Experience in monitoring and analyzing security alerts using tools such as SIEM, EDR, NDR, firewall, IDS / IPS, and other security technologies;
  • Ability to design, develop, and tune detection use cases, rule correlation, playbooks, and automated response workflows;
  • Experience handling complex security incidents and serving as escalation point for high-impact incident response coordination;
  • Understanding of information security frameworks and best practices, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 ISMS, and threat intelligence references like MITRE ATT&CK;
  • Knowledge of information security and IT risk management regulations in financial services industry (OJK, BI, and applicable standards);

  • Ability to perform forensic analysis on endpoints (Windows / Linux / Mac), servers, mobile devices, and analyze system artifacts, memory, application logs, and network traffic;
  • Experience in investigating cyber security incidents, including root cause analysis, timeline reconstruction, IOC identification, and mapping of TTP;
  • Experience in investigating cyber incidents such as malware infection, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, lateral movement, and unauthorized access;
  • Understanding of incident handling and digital investigation frameworks and best practices, such as NIST SP 800-61, ISO 27037, and MITRE ATT&CK references;
  • Knowledge of information security regulations in financial services industry, including OJK, BI, and applicable ISO 27001 standards;
  • Ability to prepare forensic investigation reports that are technical, systematic, and accountable for management, audit, regulators, or legal processes;
  • Ability to coordinate with SOC, infrastructure, application, and risk / compliance teams during investigation and follow-up security control improvements;
  • High integrity, confidentiality, strong analytical skills, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Possession of digital forensic or incident response certifications such as GCFA, GCFE, CHFI, EnCE, CFCE, or equivalent is an advantage.
