Job Description
- Plan work programs, activity plans, and budgets, and supervise their implementation to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.
- Organize and provide instructions in the implementation of work plans and budgets to ensure proper execution and prevent deviations.
- Organize and direct the implementation of domestic goods distribution activities, both incoming and outgoing, by air, land, and sea transportation in accordance with applicable rules and procedures.
- Prepare and provide reports regularly or as needed regarding task implementation, so that achievements and challenges can be identified.
- Direct, ensure, and carry out every functional activity while upholding aspects of safety, health, and environmental protection, as well as the company’s core values and culture (AKHLAK), to guarantee HSSE program implementation and maintain company integrity.
Qualifications
- Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree from various majors, preferably Management, Logistics, Finance, and Engineering
- Bachelor's degree with more than 3 years of work experience or Diploma 3 with more than 5 years of work experience
- Have work experience in logistics
- Have training and knowledge in customs
- Have training in dangerous goods
- Proficient in SAP MM Module
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Junior Officer I TKDN and Vendor Management

Job Description
- Calculate Domestic Component Level (TKDN) value for goods, services, or a combination of both in accordance with company regulations.
- Prepare cost structures (materials, labor) as the basis for TKDN calculation.
- Coordinate with User Functions and act as liaison with Verification Institutions (Independent Surveyors).
- Ensure compliance with TKDN regulations.
- Monitor changes in TKDN policies and socialize them internally.
- Monitor ongoing TKDN realization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Accounting
- Have 3-5 years of work experience
- Have work experience in TKDN, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
