PT Vale Indonesia was established by Deed No. 49 dated July 25, 1968, drawn up before Eliza Pondaag, a public notary in Jakarta. We operates under a Contract of Work, which was amended with a Special Mining Business Permit (IUPK) on May 13, 2024.
