- Electrical Engineering (Teknik Elektro)
- Industrial Electronics (Elektronika Industri)
- Mechanical Engineering (Teknik Mesin)
- Healthy physically and mentally, proven by a valid medical certificate.
- Well-behaved, disciplined, and responsible.
Main Responsibilities

Analyst Treasury Operation & Accounting

Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Economics / Finance / related fields major

- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting / Finance
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing money transmission tools including maintaining financial records (SAP TRM, ThoughtSpot), performing banking operations, providing financial advice to the manager.
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing optimum cash balance for operational purposes at the branch level across pan Indonesia and obtain approval of required changes from management and proposes recommendation for improvement in the future to the manager
- Accountable for reviewing, analyzing and ensuring sufficient bank reconciliation process in branches across pan Indonesia and propose recommendation for necessary improvement and or correction including communicating with the banks and related functions
- Accountable and responsible for quality of month end closing including collaboration with various function internally and externally (Midtrans, HC, Accounting, Sales Support, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance Branch) to ensure that Treasury related transfers are valid
- Accountable and responsible for delivering effective and efficient custodian services by managing PDC / PDG (Bank Check) from customer across pan Indonesia with bank to ensure timely as well as develop system for monitoring PDC / PDG customer and POA Bank and
- Responsible for reviewing and analyzing branches performance related to bookkeeping for EDC machines and parts counters transactions according to the procedure and collaborate with bank for corrective actions if any required.
- Responsible for ensuring funds coming from retail transactions at online merchants are received according to the agreed schedule including resolving issues with various department for any deviation from the agreed schedule
- Accountable for ensuring all incoming payment in all bank accounts are posted timely / accurately and to correct ID Customer or GL accounts across pan Indonesia
- In addition, responsible to ensure compliance with internal regulation
- In addition, responsible for monitoring unapplied GL status for all branches by sending the status at least once a month and ensure compliance with accounting policy as well as communicate to various function
- Accountable and responsible for analyzing and performing treasury accounting which include recording hedge accounting
- Responsible for assisting Corporate Treasury Manager in generating requested data and providing analysis for various questions from the TCA / TOD team and operation timely as well as to provide required information to sales and finance branch in entertaining
- Responsible for ensuring SH and E, Legal and all SOP compliance are implemented properly.
