Job Description
- Develop an annual work plan based on the established targets.
- Search and select prospective / potential customers.
- Create a database of prospective / potential customers.
- Market products in accordance with the regulations and principles of Islamic Banking.
- Provide appropriate Islamic Banking product alternatives according to the needs of prospective / customers.
- Conduct approaches and business visits to prospective / customers for relationship development, data collection, and required documentation.
- Understand customer needs and provide BCA Syariah product and service solutions that match their needs.
- Serve customers in accordance with service standards.
- Collect and verify the accuracy of data / information / documents from prospective / customers, both internal and external, required in the financing processing and maintenance of existing financing.
- Analyze prospective / customers and present the analysis results in the form of processing memos / scoring systems (new / additional / extension / amendment).
- Maintain and safeguard documents or data related to investigation activities.
- Provide necessary information or data to relevant Work Units if there are indications of matters that may harm the Bank, especially in investigation activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
- Required skills (Soft Skills / Hard Skills): Communicative, negotiation skills, sales skills, analytical ability, persistent, not easily discouraged, honest, highly motivated and mobile.
- Additional skills: Microsoft Office
- Required knowledge: Knowledge of Islamic banking products, potential customer database
- Experience as an account officer in conventional banking, preferably in Islamic banking for at least 3 years.
- Preferably experienced in Lending (financing)
- Residing in and having market and network in the selected placement area
- Placement for BCA Syariah Branch Offices as follows: Jabodetabek Branch, Medan Branch, and Palembang Branch
