PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia, formerly known as PT Alam Tri Abadi, was established in 2004. It operates as a holding company with businesses spanning the thermal coal, logistics, land, investments, and power generation sectors. Its operational areas include South Kalimantan, South Sumatra, and Central Kalimantan. The Company and its subsidiaries follow a vertically integrated business model, starting with coal mines as the initial point in their supply chain and culminating with power plants.The Company has achieved notable milestones since its inception. In 2005, it acquired AI, a thermal coal company that had been producing Envirocoal since 1992 under a Government of Indonesia contract. AI’s production surged in 2006, reaching 34.4 million tonnes. Subsequent acquisitions marked the expansion of the Group, including AL in 2009, MIP in 2011, and SCM, LSA, and PCS in 2013. By 2014, SCM commenced commercial production with 890 thousand tonnes of coal.
The Group reached new heights in coal production in 2023, recording 60.77 million tonnes collectively from AI, SCM, LSA, and MIP. That year also marked AI’s receipt of the Gold PROPER award for environmental excellence for the fifth consecutive time. In 2024, the Company embraced a new identity as PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia and made strategic acquisitions, including KPI in June. KPI is tasked with developing a coal-fired power plant in North Kalimantan with a capacity of 1,060 MW.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processes for recruitment.
- Ensure recruitment is aligned with manpower planning and utilizing both internal and external sourcing and optimizing recruitment channels.
- Conduct and making report of psychological assessments.
- Perform administrative tasks related to Human Resources to ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Job Requirements
- Master degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (Professional Program).
- Have active Surat izin Praktik Psikologi (SIPP).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Proficient in conducting psychological tests, interviews, and writing psychological reports.
- Strong skills in office administration related to recruitment and selection.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and collaborate with others.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Tax Audit Officer
- Work Location : DKI Jakarta

Job Responsibilities
- Asisting Tax Audit Section Head in handling tax audits for all business units.
- Collecting data / information related to audit process.
- Communicating and coordinating with business unit to gather data related to audit process.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Fiscal Administration / Taxation / Accounting or related field
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Demonstrate skills in Microsoft Office
- More preferable with brevet certificate
- Good communication skills, teamwork, attention to detail, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility

Corporate Communication Section Head

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure all company news and publication materials released to external parties align with the company’s communication strategy.
- Monitor and control media coverage to support and maintain a positive corporate image.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media at all levels to build positive and sustainable partnerships.
- Plan and organize media events such as press conferences and media gatherings to strengthen the company’s reputation.
- Manage stakeholder relations to communicate the company’s vision, mission, strategies, and key issues, ensuring aligned perception and understanding.
- Oversee internal communication through regular activities such as internal gatherings and newsletters to keep employees informed and engaged with company strategies and goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Magister's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience as Corporate Communication / Corporate Secretary / Public Relation, or related positions (preferably from Public company with integrated business)
- Strong competencies in Public & Government Relation, Writing & Reporting, Handling Conflict, and Documentation Management.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and detail-oriented.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
