Requirements

• Indonesian citizen
• Minimum education Diploma 3 in Mechanical / Civil / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the Oil and Gas industry and/or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) industry for Bachelor's degree, and 7 years for Diploma 3 graduate
• Holds TKDN Verifier Certification
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written (at least passive)
• Able to communicate and collaborate well in a team
• Highly motivated to support the Company’s activities and image
• Willing to comply with the Company regulations and procedures
• Physically and mentally healthy
• Has a good record and is not involved in disciplinary or legal violations (proven by SKCK attachment)
• Placement location in Central Jakarta

Job Description

• Conduct TKDN verification prepared by the user function or related function
• Ensure TKDN documents are stored and archived
• Assist / accompany in preparing TKDN working papers according to applicable regulations

• Strong skills in facilitation, coordination, and networking
• Able to operate Primavera P6 application

Job Description

• Coordinate with teams in MCP and outside MCP in executing detailed service planning and project scheduling as well as portfolio management for the Company projects including but not limited to: creating and updating project schedules (up to level-4), collaborating with the Company’s project control team and Construction Contractor to create and update master schedules (resource-loaded, WBS-based), critical path assistance in project schedules, etc.
• Coordinate with teams in MCP and outside MCP in executing project estimation and control services for the Company projects at both individual and portfolio levels including but not limited to: cost estimation, project control, and providing recommendations to the Company, etc.
• Monitor construction costs for projects executed by Construction Contractors and supervised by Contractors. This includes providing monthly accrual costs for Construction Contractors and Contractors.
• Coordinate with cost engineers in the MCP / ECD Team to assist and guide in developing and maintaining processes and procedures related to estimation, planning, scheduling, and cost control.
