Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in substation projects
- Proficient in software (AutoCAD / ETAP)
- Able to work and collaborate with discipline
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed electrical engineering designs
- Collaborate with SCM division in procurement processes, conduct technical clarifications, and review vendor designs
- Ensure work aligns with the project schedule
- Coordinate with the owner regarding electrical design until design approval
- Prepare Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
- Supervise the preparation of Terms of Reference (TOR) for construction work
- Prepare technical / data sheet specifications (post project launch)
- Conduct value engineering to optimize electrical design
- Prepare technical design as a reference for Engineer’s Estimate (HPE) preparation

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction projects

Duties and Responsibilities
- Study bidding document inputs and RKS / TOR
- Conduct site survey and collect available local material data
- Prepare basic and detailed designs
- Prepare Bill Of Quantity (BOQ)
- Prepare Engineer’s Estimate (HPE)
- Prepare Terms of Reference (TOR) for subcontractor / vendor requests
- Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation during subcontractor / vendor procurement stage
- Supervise engineering process during fabrication / construction
- Prepare work methods according to SOP / IK
