Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and responsibilities of the HCBP Officer, including but not limited to:
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment for non-staff to staff levels for project-based workers: sourcing, screening, interview, offering, MCU registration, and onboarding.
  • Ensuring manpower planning aligns with site operational needs.
  • Handling employment administration such as performance appraisal, PKWT extension, employment certificate, and new worker registration to HCIS.
  • Managing promotion, transfer, relocation, and offboarding processes.
  • Ensuring workforce data accuracy through database management and contract monitoring.
  • Managing retention processes, including turnover monitoring and intervention when needed.
  • Collaborating with the Industrial Relation team to handle industrial relation issues and PKWT registration.
  • Collaborating with the Payroll team for worker payroll processing.
  • Participating in the preparation of technical tender documents for business units including organizational structure, manpower calculation, salary mapping, and mobilization timeline, as well as providing manpower strategy input for tenders and new projects.
  • Providing recommendations and strategies for workforce management aligned with business unit needs.
  • Conducting policy socialization and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Human Resource Management
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Food and Lodging Services, Catering, or F&B industry, in head hunting, workforce management, and industrial relations
  • Able to work quickly and accurately and provide problem-solving, especially in fulfilling workforce needs for projects
  • Able to manage documents neatly and completely in both hard copy and soft copy formats
  • Willing to be assigned to project or remote areas
  • Able to work independently or in a team with minimal supervision
