Internal Control and Risk Integration

Main Role

  • Identify, analyze, and coordinate the formulation of risk strategies and risk profiles within the MIND ID Group’s RKAP and RJPP.
  • Review and assess the company’s business processes from the perspective of risk management and internal control effectiveness.
  • Develop the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) methodology, including drafting policies / SOPs and reference documents, and conduct socialization across all Group entities.
  • Provide assistance in the development of Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICOFR) and Internal Control over Sustainability Report (ICOSR).
  • Monitor the implementation of work programs related to risk management and internal control as outlined in the RKAP.

Qualifications

  • Education Level: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or Accounting
  • Work Experience: Minimum 6 years in internal control, risk management, or governance
  • Certification: Certifications related to internal control and risk management (preferred)
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance; internal control frameworks; basic finance and accounting; and relevant industry regulations and knowledge

Downstream Industrial and Roadmap

Main Role

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of downstream industries to identify market potential, value chains, and relevant investment opportunities.
  • Develop and formulate detailed strategic roadmaps for the company’s industrial downstream initiatives.

License and Permit Monitoring

Main Role

  • License Monitoring and Data Collection: (a) Record, document, and update the status of all major and significant licenses held by the MIND ID Group; and (b) Ensure license validity is routinely monitored and well documented
  • Document Collection and Verification: (a) Collect, examine, and verify license document completeness and ensure compliance with applicable regulations; and (b) Coordinate and communicate internally, including assisting coordination with related functions (Legal, Operations, Environment, and Compliance) regarding license obligations, renewals, and periodic reporting
  • Reporting and Documentation: (a) Prepare periodic reports on license status and monitoring results for submission to superiors and / or Holding GCG Division; and (b) Manage and archive license documents (manual and digital) in an orderly and structured manner

Environment Management

  • Global and National Compliance: Ensure compliance with national environmental regulations (Indonesia) and global standards (ICMM, IRMA, IFC)

Industrial Hygienist

Main Role

  • Coordinate with HSSE team and stakeholders to develop and implement industrial hygiene standards, procedures, and programs in accordance with regulations and MIND ID Health Group Standard

Circularity and Tailing Management

  • Formulate and implement policies and technical guidelines for mine waste management (tailings, slag, dross, red mud, and other residues) in accordance with good mining practices, circular economy principles, and regulations

  • Oversee implementation of Responsible Tailings Management and Integrated Mine Closure Plan to ensure safe and sustainable tailings management

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in tailings and waste management and reporting to regulators / international institutions
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in circular economy and waste management, including hazardous / non-hazardous waste regulations, resource efficiency, recycling, resource recovery, and tailings management standards (GISTM / ICMM)
  • Additional Capabilities: Able to formulate circularity policies and roadmaps, identify innovation opportunities, and integrate responsible sourcing, traceability, and circularity performance evaluation

Government Relations
