- Carry out cleaning and maintenance activities of office areas regularly and on schedule.

Admin Collection (AR Backlog Clearing Specialist)

Job Description
Admin Collection is responsible for supporting the acceleration of accounts receivable (AR) settlement, especially outstanding and unresolved backlog receivables. This position plays a role in analyzing and reconciling receivable data, monitoring billing and payment status, as well as following up on collections to customers and coordinating with related internal functions. In addition, this position supports the acceleration of Fixed Cost collection, resolution of administrative and Purchase Order (PO) backlog issues, and implementation of strategic programs for company receivable settlement to increase cash-in and strengthen receivable control.Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and reconcile outstanding receivable data, especially receivables aged over 12 months, to identify transaction discrepancies, payment status, and root causes.
- Trace and complete supporting receivable information, including missing or incomplete billing documents, data mismatches, and administrative obstacles hindering settlement.
- Actively and continuously collect and follow up with customers and internal parties to obtain confirmation, complete documents, resolve issues, and accelerate payments.
- Coordinate with related functions to resolve billing disputes and receivable issues requiring cross-functional follow-up.
- Support various company initiatives to improve collection effectiveness, accelerate settlement of outstanding receivables, and increase cash-in.
- Monitor receivable settlement progress and prepare periodic reports on aging, reconciliation results, follow-up status, and settlement recommendations.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations to prevent future receivable accumulation.
Requirements
- Minimum education Diploma 3 / Bachelor's degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, Management, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Direct experience in receivable management (AR), reconciliation, collection, or settlement of outstanding receivables.
- Strong critical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills to analyze receivable issues, trace root causes, and determine resolution steps independently.
- Able to trace and reconstruct information from incomplete, inconsistent, or scattered data / documents across parties.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, persuasive yet firm, and able to consistently follow up with customers and internal parties until settlement clarity is achieved.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to support administrative work and data processing, with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets skills including VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, and SUMIFS as an added value.
- Meticulous, persistent, proactive, organized, and results-oriented, able to work with targets and handle multiple issues simultaneously.
- Able to prepare reports and present analysis results, obstacles, and follow-up recommendations systematically.
- Experience using ERP systems or accounting applications such as SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar systems is an added value.
