Environment Management Staff

Job Description

  • Conduct related environment management and trends such as air pollution control
  • Conduct the preparation and reviewing of environment monitoring and management Procedur / Standard Operating Procedure / Work Instruction related waste water quality, air pollution, soil pollution, etc
  • Identify environment's significant impact and aspect, analyze gap between the existing environment condition and provision / regulation, and conduct the environment management and monitoring program for all plants and activity based on the gap analysis result
  • Familiar to technology in environment aspect
  • Managing Air Pollution Control
  • Environment Complaint Handling
  • Environment facilities inspection (emission, CEMS)
  • Creating an Air Pollution Control Report

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experiences in handling Environmental Permit, Proper, and Environment Management System.
  • Familiar with Air Pollution Control Facilities
  • Has competency in Air Pollution Control is more preferable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven English Skill in professional setting, written, verbal, etc

Psychologist Industrial and Organization - Industrial and Employee Relation Team

  • Conducting job analyses, designing and implementing employee selection procedures, and developing training programs to enhance organizational effectiveness

HR Admin - Health Insurance

  • Manage administration data of Employee’s health insurance / BPJS kesehatan.
  • Manage the equipment needs of Employee.
  • Make a letter relating to the Employee
  • Verify and store document of Eemployee
  • Take a picture for ID Card.
  • Distribute health insurance card.
  • Verify reimbursement document.
  • Manage, collect and archive all personnel document.
  • Manage the master data of employee
  • Upload and update data of employees.
  • Carry out all duties or tasks in accordance with HSE rules and related procedures or regulation to produce quality of work that meet the required standard.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Providing accurate and timely interpretation between Korean and Indonesian / English in a variety of settings, including meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Translating written documents, reports, and correspondence between Korean and Indonesian / English

  • Serving as a cultural liaison, providing insights and guidance to ensure effective collaboration between Korean and Indonesian / English-speaking parties

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; major in Engineering is a plus.
  • Certified in Korean language (TOPIK), with a minimum of Level 4.

  • Proven experience in interpretation or translation roles (minimum 1 year), preferably in corporate or industrial environments.
  • Prior experience working in a Korean company is an advantage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma 3 / Associate degree in Information Technology major area
  • Have experience 2-3 years in programming or Steel Quality Assurance area would be point plus
  • Understand general process, technology, and procedures related to all steel testing laboratory
  • Understand and able to work with Quality Assurance Product Judgement System
  • Have a good knowledge and skill to apply SQL to manage DBMS
  • Have a good skill of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
  • Master the Quality Assurance Product Judgement Competency
  • Able to communicate in English, speaking and writing report, is a must. Proven with English Certification
  • Have good communication skills
